Clean, spacious room with awesome access to the mall. Noisy throughout the night.

It was just an appropriate option for a short visit in Bloomington with outstanding value. The late-night room service pizza was surprisingly gourmet and the kids loved it. Make sure to check out the indoor walk to the mall, it’s super convenient.

Super convenient stay!

The staff here were super nice and helpful! Easy access to the mall through the skywalk, made everything a breeze with the kiddos. Our double queen room was kinda cramped for our fam of four and had a funky smell, so we upgraded to the king suite. Liked the dining area! Just wish there were windows in the suite.

We had an amazing time staying here, enjoying the bright indoor pool and the relaxing sun loungers. It was great to take breaks from shopping at the mall just steps away, and the kids loved the LEGO store nearby. Only hiccup was the food delivery took longer than expected, but it was free at checkout, so it worked out! 😊

I was drooling over the homemade desserts at the hotel restaurant—seriously, they should consider a dessert tour! Plus, getting my grub on at nearby CRAVE and FireLake Grill was a culinary delight. Talk about local flavors! 🌟...  

The King Room Non-Smoking was nice and spacious. The bed felt super comfy, and I loved the sheets. The bathroom was a good size too, which was a nice perk. Although, I wish there had been a microwave.

Perfect for a family getaway!

We had an amazing time with our kids! The Queen room with two beds was spacious and clean, and best of all, it led directly to the Mall of America through a skybridge, making it super convenient for shopping and entertainment. The staff was friendly, and our stay was made even better by the thoughtful attention to family-friendly amenities. One area for improvement would be to ensure all supplies like coffee and towels are fully stocked in the room.

However, we encountered issues with room maintenance, including a broken shower and muddy hallways, which detracted from our stay. Additionally, the pool's re-opening timing seemed suspicious with heavy chlorine use, raising concerns about its cleanliness.
